Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and sometimes plans need to shift. Here’s how cancellations are handled:

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment No problem at all — your session will be fully canceled with no fees.

• Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment Because that time has been set aside for you, a late cancellation is subject to a 50% fee.

• No‑shows If you miss your appointment without canceling, the session is non‑refundable.

If you need to reschedule, you’re welcome to do so anytime before the 24‑hour window. After that point, the cancellation terms above apply.
